Android Apps Not Working on Some Devices Due to Possible Incompatibility

Overview

Our Android Apps are optimized to work on most current and popular Android devices running Android 4.0 and up. However, many manufacturers extensively modify the Android OS for their own devices and our apps may not work on them, e.g., Amazon Kindle and Barnes & Noble Nook devices.

This article guides you on the process on how to deal with an app not working on your device.

Process

NOTE: Here is a list of supported devices from Google Play.

If you have a device or reported device that does not appear to be working correctly with your apps or you think you may be experiencing a compatibility issue, please open a support ticket at apptekz.com/support.

Please include the following information in your support ticket:

  • App information
  • Device model(s)
  • OS version(s) affected
  • Description of problem or behavior
